Adtable.ai — Terms of Service

1. Overview

Adtable.ai is a software platform offering bulk ad creation workflows, automation features, and scripts for digital advertising platforms. Access to the Platform is exclusively provided as a membership benefit of The Ad Alchemists community hosted on Skool.

2. Definitions

Platform / Service. Adtable.ai software, tools, automations, scripts, user interface, documentation, processes, and any related services.

Ad Accounts. Advertising accounts you connect (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) via the Platform.

Customer Content. Creative assets, data, naming conventions, strategies, ad settings, budget information, and any content you submit.

3. Access via Skool Subscription

• Access to Adtable.ai is tied exclusively to an active paid subscription to The Ad Alchemists Skool community.
• Skool is the billing system of record.
• If your Skool subscription ends or fails billing: access continues until the end of your final paid billing period; after that, access to Adtable.ai is removed automatically.
• No separate refunds are offered for Adtable.ai; refund terms are governed by Skool.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with Meta/TikTok/Google/other platform policies and all applicable laws.
• Maintain secure authentication and accurate account access.
• Ensure only authorized users access your ad accounts.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Platform.
• Use the Platform to build a competing product.
• Share, sublicense, or resell access to others.
• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal advertising.
• Abuse automation to violate platform rate limits or rules.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Advertising strategy and decisions.
• Ad spend and budget configurations.
• Reviewing and approving all campaigns before launch.
• Monitoring API changes, disapprovals, and platform restrictions.
• Ensuring compliance with all policies of connected ad platforms.

Adtable.ai does not monitor or approve your ads, budgets, or settings.

6. Payment Terms

• Billing is handled exclusively through Skool.
• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled in Skool.
• No refunds for partial months or periods of non-usage.
• Access is suspended/terminated automatically when payment is not active.
• Separate services (custom development, consulting) may be billed directly by Kruse Media LLC.

7. Intellectual Property

Adtable.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in the software code, scripts, workflows, user interface, internal logic, documentation, and improvements or derivative features.

You retain ownership of your creative assets, content inside your ad accounts, and performance data generated by your campaigns.

License granted is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, and exists only while your subscription remains active. No ownership or IP transfers are implied.

8. Data & Privacy

• We act as a data processor for Customer Content.
• We use industry-standard safeguards aligned with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy laws.
• We do not sell Customer data and only access data as required to provide the Service.
• Upon access termination, associated data is deleted within commercially reasonable timelines; backups may be retained up to 90 days for security and compliance.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

• No guarantee of ad performance or financial results.
• Not responsible for account flags, disapprovals, restricted features, or bans.
• No guarantee of uptime or API availability (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
• No guarantee of error-free publishing or automation behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to Kruse Media LLC within the preceding 3 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kruse Media LLC from claims, damages, fines, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Non-compliant advertising.
• Misuse of automation or scripts.
• Violations of advertising platform terms.
• Customer-configured errors or budget mismanagement.

11. Service Updates & Modifications

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of changes. We are not required to maintain backward compatibility.

12. Cancellation & Termination

To cancel, you must cancel your membership inside Skool. Access continues through the final paid billing day. We may suspend or terminate Service for violations of these Terms, inactive payment via Skool, abuse, or security risk.

Upon termination: platform access ends; software logic, scripts, and data processing cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
